Camping in the House

The process of spending a few nights a week "camping" in our new but empty house has begun and I am trying to get to grips with the garden and what I've let myself in for! The last week has been spent weeding and exploring the place. On Tuesday I hired a lawnmower and cut all of the grass. It took me four hours! This was a bit of a test as everyone said I would need a ride on mower, but I am resisting it. The "walk behind" powered mower worked well and it's good exercise, so I think I'm going to go down that route.

Today was also the first trip with the trusty ute, bringing mainly gardening stuff up from Pymble.
